When you phone you will be given the following options:
- Press 1 to make or change an appointment,
- Press 2 if you have received a recall letter from us to leave a message (we will call you back by the end of the next business day),
- Press 3 to leave a message for our nurse (she will call you back as soon as she is able between patient appointments),
- Press 4 if you are a medical practitioner or
- Press 5 for any other enquiry.
Referrals
We experience a very high number of referrals and are unable to get back to patients as quickly as we would like. If you have had a referral sent in and haven't heard from us within approx. 1-2 weeks, please give us a call to follow up.
